booking policy

Please read carefully before booking:

Cancellations & Reschedules:
  •    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
  •    If changes are made before the 24-hour mark, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
  •    If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment and do not rebook at that time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to book again.
 •    If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your next appointment.

No Call / No Show:
•    No call/no shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
 •    Any future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to prepay will result in cancellation of the appointment.

Late Arrivals:
•    A 10-minute grace period is allowed if you notify me ahead of time that you are running late.
 •    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise discussed.
